CVSS v3.1 |
| Multiple Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource in UISP Application may allow a malicious actor with certain permissions to escalate privileges. |
| Incorrect permission assignment in AMD µProf may allow a local user-privileged attacker to achieve privilege escalation, potentially resulting in arbitrary code execution. |
| A Privilege Escalation vulnerability has been found in Panloader component v3.24.0.0 by Espiral MS Group. This vulnerability allows any user to override the file panLoad.exe that will be executed by SYSTEM user via a programmed task. This would allow an attacker to obtain administrator permissions to perform whatever activities he/she wants, shuch as accessing sensitive information, executing code remotely, and even causing a denial of service (DoS). |
| A low-privileged attacker can remotely access the PKI folder of the CODESYS Control runtime system and thus read and write certificates and its keys. This allows sensitive data to be extracted or to accept certificates as trusted. Although all services remain available, only unencrypted communication is possible if the certificates are deleted. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in SIMATIC IPC DiagBase (All versions), SIMATIC IPC DiagMonitor (All versions). The affected device do not properly restrict the user permission for the registry key. This could allow an authenticated attacker to load vulnerable drivers into the system leading to privilege escalation or bypassing endpoint protection and other security measures. |
| NVIDIA vGPU software contains a vulnerability in the Virtual GPU Manager, where it allows a guest to access global resources. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to denial of service. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-0DA00) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-0DA10) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-0DA20) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-0DA30) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-1EA10) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-1EA20) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-1EA30) (All versions < V3.0.1.1). The "DBTest" tool of SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager does not properly enforce access restriction. This could allow an authenticated local attacker to extract sensitive information from memory. |
| Docker Desktop for Windows contains multiple incorrect permission assignment vulnerabilities in the installer's handling of the C:\ProgramData\DockerDesktop directory. The installer creates this directory without proper ownership verification, creating two exploitation scenarios:
Scenario 1 (Persistent Attack):
If a low-privileged attacker pre-creates C:\ProgramData\DockerDesktop before Docker Desktop installation, the attacker retains ownership of the directory even after the installer applies restrictive ACLs. At any time after installation completes, the attacker can modify the directory ACL (as the owner) and tamper with critical configuration files such as install-settings.json to specify a malicious credentialHelper, causing arbitrary code execution when any user runs Docker Desktop.
Scenario 2 (TOCTOU Attack):
During installation, there is a time-of-check-time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition between when the installer creates C:\ProgramData\DockerDesktop and when it sets secure ACLs. A low-privileged attacker actively monitoring for the installation can inject malicious files (such as install-settings.json) with attacker-controlled ACLs during this window, achieving the same code execution outcome. |
| Fast CAD Reader application on MacOS was found to be installed with incorrect file permissions (rwxrwxrwx). This is inconsistent with standard macOS security practices, where applications should have drwxr-xr-x permissions. Incorrect permissions allow for Dylib Hijacking. Guest account, other users and applications can exploit this vulnerability for privilege escalation. This issue affects Fast CAD Reader in possibly all versions since the vendor has not responded to our messages. The tested version was 4.1.5 |
| A low privileged remote attacker may gain access to forbidden diagnostic data due to incorrect permission assignment for critical resources. |
| When etcupdate encounters conflicts while merging files, it saves a version containing conflict markers in /var/db/etcupdate/conflicts. This version does not preserve the mode of the input file, and is world-readable. This applies to files that would normally have restricted visibility, such as /etc/master.passwd.
An unprivileged local user may be able to read encrypted root and user passwords from the temporary master.passwd file created in /var/db/etcupdate/conflicts. This is possible only when conflicts within the password file arise during an update, and the unprotected file is deleted when conflicts are resolved. |
| Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability was discovered in Open Design Alliance CDE inWEB SDK before 2025.3. Installing CDE Server with default settings allows unauthorized users to visit prometheus metrics page. This can allow attackers to understand more things about the target application which may help in further investigation and exploitation. |
| Cognex In-Sight Explorer and In-Sight Camera Firmware expose
a telnet-based service on port 23 to allow management operations such as
firmware upgrades and device reboots, which require authentication. A
user with protected privileges can successfully invoke the
SetSystemConfig functionality to modify relevant device properties (such
as network settings), contradicting the security model proposed in the
user manual. |
| Improper permission configurationDomain configuration vulnerability of the mobile application (com.afmobi.boomplayer) can lead to account takeover risks. |
| Insufficient permissions in the TeamViewer Patch & Asset Management component prior to version 24.12 on Windows allows a local authenticated user to delete arbitrary files. TeamViewer Patch & Asset Management is part of TeamViewer Remote Management. |
| stalld through 1.19.7 allows local users to cause a denial of service (file overwrite) via a /tmp/rtthrottle symlink attack. |
| Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource vulnerability in The Wikimedia Foundation Mediawiki - Lockdown Extension allows Privilege Abuse. Fixed in Mediawiki Core Action APIThis issue affects Mediawiki - Lockdown Extension: from master before 1.42. |
| A vulnerability in the HPE Aruba Networking Virtual Intranet Access (VIA) client could allow malicious users to overwrite arbitrary files as NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM (root). A successful exploit could allow the creation of a Denial-of-Service (DoS) condition affecting the Microsoft Windows Operating System. This vulnerability does not affect Linux and Android based clients. |
| A low privileged remote attacker may modify the BACNet service properties due to incorrect permission assignment for critical resources which may lead to a DoS limited to BACNet communication. |
| From the VSPC management agent machine, under condition that the management agent is authorized on the server, it is possible to remove arbitrary files on the VSPC server machine. |
