A flaw was found in the libtiff library. A remote attacker could exploit a signed integer overflow vulnerability in the putcontig8bitYCbCr44tile function by providing a specially crafted TIFF file. This flaw can lead to an out-of-bounds heap write due to incorrect memory pointer calculations, potentially causing a denial of service (application crash) or arbitrary code execution.
CVE-2026-4424 2 Libarchive, Redhat 22 Libarchive, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 19 more 2026-11-04 7.5 High
A flaw was found in libarchive. This heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in the RAR archive processing logic due to improper validation of the LZSS sliding window size after transitions between compression methods. A remote attacker can exploit this by providing a specially crafted RAR archive, leading to the disclosure of sensitive heap memory information without requiring authentication or user interaction.
CVE-2024-9675 2 Buildah Project, Redhat 23 Buildah, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 20 more 2026-11-04 7.8 High
A vulnerability was found in Buildah. Cache mounts do not properly validate that user-specified paths for the cache are within our cache directory, allowing a `RUN` instruction in a Container file to mount an arbitrary directory from the host (read/write) into the container as long as those files can be accessed by the user running Buildah.
CVE-2025-3155 3 Debian, Gnome, Redhat 26 Debian Linux, Yelp, Codeready Linux Builder and 23 more 2026-11-04 7.4 High
A flaw was found in Yelp. The Gnome user help application allows the help document to execute arbitrary scripts. This vulnerability allows malicious users to input help documents, which may exfiltrate user files to an external environment.
CVE-2024-1488 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat 24 Unbound, Codeready Linux Builder, Codeready Linux Builder Eus and 21 more 2026-11-04 8 High
A vulnerability was found in Unbound due to incorrect default permissions, allowing any process outside the unbound group to modify the unbound runtime configuration. If a process can connect over localhost to port 8953, it can alter the configuration of unbound.service. This flaw allows an unprivileged attacker to manipulate a running instance, potentially altering forwarders, allowing them to track all queries forwarded by the local resolver, and, in some cases, disrupting resolving altogether.
CVE-2024-0193 2 Linux, Redhat 27 Linux Kernel, Codeready Linux Builder, Codeready Linux Builder For Eus and 24 more 2026-11-04 7.8 High
A use-after-free flaw was found in the netfilter subsystem of the Linux kernel. If the catchall element is garbage-collected when the pipapo set is removed, the element can be deactivated twice. This can cause a use-after-free issue on an NFT_CHAIN object or NFT_OBJECT object, allowing a local unprivileged user with CAP_NET_ADMIN capability to escalate their privileges on the system.
CVE-2023-5869 2 Postgresql, Redhat 28 Postgresql, Advanced Cluster Security, Codeready Linux Builder Eus and 25 more 2026-11-04 8.8 High
A flaw was found in PostgreSQL that allows authenticated database users to execute arbitrary code through missing overflow checks during SQL array value modification. This issue exists due to an integer overflow during array modification where a remote user can trigger the overflow by providing specially crafted data. This enables the execution of arbitrary code on the target system, allowing users to write arbitrary bytes to memory and extensively read the server's memory.
CVE-2023-5633 2 Linux, Redhat 24 Linux Kernel, Codeready Linux Builder, Codeready Linux Builder Eus and 21 more 2026-11-04 7.8 High
The reference count changes made as part of the CVE-2023-33951 and CVE-2023-33952 fixes exposed a use-after-free flaw in the way memory objects were handled when they were being used to store a surface. When running inside a VMware guest with 3D acceleration enabled, a local, unprivileged user could potentially use this flaw to escalate their privileges.
CVE-2021-31566 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libarchive and 2 more 14 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libarchive and 11 more 2026-11-02 7.8 High
An improper link resolution flaw can occur while extracting an archive leading to changing modes, times, access control lists, and flags of a file outside of the archive. An attacker may provide a malicious archive to a victim user, who would trigger this flaw when trying to extract the archive. A local attacker may use this flaw to gain more privileges in a system.
CVE-2025-2784 2 Gnome, Redhat 26 Libsoup, Codeready Linux Builder, Codeready Linux Builder For Arm64 and 23 more 2026-11-01 7 High
A flaw was found in libsoup. The package is vulnerable to a heap buffer over-read when sniffing content via the skip_insight_whitespace() function. Libsoup clients may read one byte out-of-bounds in response to a crafted HTTP response by an HTTP server.
CVE-2023-4813 4 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Netapp and 1 more 23 Fedora, Glibc, Active Iq Unified Manager and 20 more 2026-10-30 5.9 Medium
A flaw has been identified in glibc. In an uncommon situation, the gaih_inet function may use memory that has been freed, resulting in an application crash. This issue is only exploitable when the getaddrinfo function is called and the hosts database in /etc/nsswitch.conf is configured with SUCCESS=continue or SUCCESS=merge.
CVE-2024-9676 1 Redhat 20 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Enterprise Linux For Arm 64 and 17 more 2026-10-30 6.5 Medium
A vulnerability was found in Podman, Buildah, and CRI-O. A symlink traversal vulnerability in the containers/storage library can cause Podman, Buildah, and CRI-O to hang and result in a denial of service via OOM kill when running a malicious image using an automatically assigned user namespace (`--userns=auto` in Podman and Buildah). The containers/storage library will read /etc/passwd inside the container, but does not properly validate if that file is a symlink, which can be used to cause the library to read an arbitrary file on the host.
CVE-2023-6915 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 24 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Codeready Linux Builder and 21 more 2026-10-23 6.2 Medium
A Null pointer dereference problem was found in ida_free in lib/idr.c in the Linux Kernel. This issue may allow an attacker using this library to cause a denial of service problem due to a missing check at a function return.

CVE-2018-11784 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more 17 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 14 more 2026-10-15 N/A
When the default servlet in Apache Tomcat versions 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.11, 8.5.0 to 8.5.33 and 7.0.23 to 7.0.90 returned a redirect to a directory (e.g. redirecting to '/foo/' when the user requested '/foo') a specially crafted URL could be used to cause the redirect to be generated to any URI of the attackers choice.
CVE-2016-6794 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more 15 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 12 more 2026-10-15 5.3 Medium
When a SecurityManager is configured, a web application's ability to read system properties should be controlled by the SecurityManager. In Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70, 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 the system property replacement feature for configuration files could be used by a malicious web application to bypass the SecurityManager and read system properties that should not be visible.
CVE-2016-5388 4 Apache, Hp, Oracle and 1 more 13 Tomcat, System Management Homepage, Linux and 10 more 2026-10-15 N/A
Apache Tomcat 7.x through 7.0.70 and 8.x through 8.5.4, when the CGI Servlet is enabled, follows RFC 3875 section 4.1.18 and therefore does not protect applications from the presence of untrusted client data in the HTTP_PROXY environment variable, which might allow remote attackers to redirect an application's outbound HTTP traffic to an arbitrary proxy server via a crafted Proxy header in an HTTP request, aka an "httpoxy" issue. NOTE: the vendor states "A mitigation is planned for future releases of Tomcat, tracked as CVE-2016-5388"; in other words, this is not a CVE ID for a vulnerability.
CVE-2016-10165 6 Canonical, Debian, Littlecms and 3 more 23 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Little Cms Color Engine and 20 more 2026-10-15 7.1 High
The Type_MLU_Read function in cmstypes.c in Little CMS (aka lcms2) allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information or cause a denial of service via an image with a crafted ICC profile, which triggers an out-of-bounds heap read.
CVE-2023-6606 2 Linux, Redhat 8 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 5 more 2026-10-14 7.1 High
An out-of-bounds read vulnerability was found in smbCalcSize in fs/smb/client/netmisc.c in the Linux Kernel. This issue could allow a local attacker to crash the system or leak internal kernel information.
