CVSS v3.1 |
| This vulnerability exists in the iRA 2.0 and iRA.ev mobile applications due to presence of hardcoded service account credentials, API Keys and authorization tokens within the application package. An unauthenticated remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by downloading application package and extracting embedded sensitive information.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow the attacker to gain unauthorized access to associated backend services and potentially access sensitive information or perform unauthorized operations on the targeted system. |
| Hardcoded password vulnerabilities in the command-line interface of HPE Networking Fabric Composer could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to access the affected system using hardcoded credentials. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to gain unauthorized administrative access to the affected system with elevated privileges. |
| A vulnerability exists in a component of HPE Networking Fabric Composer. Successful exploitation could allow an unauthenticated adjacent attacker to execute arbitrary code on the affected system. |
| A vulnerability was identified in Qihoo 360 Whole Home Router M5 4.0.17.1566. This issue affects the function Home of the file /etc/init.d/mpt of the component Boot Script. The manipulation leads to hard-coded credentials. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| Attendo (formerly Petpooja Payroll) Admin Android application version 3.0.13 and earlier contains a hard-coded credentials vulnerability that allows attackers to extract production MQTT broker credentials by decompiling the APK's bundled Flutter configuration assets such as production.json and device-command configuration files. Attackers can use the recovered credentials to authenticate to the production MQTT broker over TCP 1883, access messaging topics containing employee attendance records, personal identifiers, Base64-encoded photographs, device telemetry, and authentication material, and publish messages to those topics, resulting in exposure of sensitive data and potential unauthorized message injection. |
| The authentication framework used by affected Kiloview E3 NDI encoder firmware signs session JSON Web Tokens using an HMAC-SHA256 secret hardcoded as a static string within the firmware image, identical across all deployed devices. An attacker with access to the publicly distributed firmware can recover this secret and forge arbitrary session tokens, including administrative tokens, without valid credentials, enabling unauthenticated access to privileged device functions. |
| A sensitive information exposure vulnerability exists on the Foxit official website because JavaScript code contains third-party authorization information. This may allow unauthorized parties to obtain or misuse the exposed credentials. |
| Songloft 2.9.0 before 2.13.6 contains a hardcoded credentials vulnerability that allows adjacent network attackers to authenticate as administrator using the fixed admin/admin pair. Attackers on the same network can log in via the /api/v1/auth/login endpoint to modify library and configuration settings and install JavaScript plugins running in QuickJS. |
| WIT SynApps Runtime through 1.4.11 contains a hardcoded credentials vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to recover static OAuth clientId and clientSecret values embedded in JavaScript delivered to the frontend, such as in parameters.js. Attackers can extract these exposed application credentials to reproduce the application portion of the REDY authentication flow at the /web/api/v1/auth/token endpoint, undermining confidential-client assurance for the OAuth implementation. |
| Omni C20 uses hard-coded credentials that could allow an attacker to monitor log files to obtain credentials to access information like mapping data. |
| The Legacy Pipe receiver protocol (handshake / sendPipeData) uses a
hardcoded SUPER_USER (root) identity when executing data loading and
deletion operations. A user with only SYSTEM-level privileges (such as
USE_PIPE or MAINTAIN) who does NOT have WRITE_DATA or DELETE_DATA
permissions on target databases can send specially crafted PipeData
messages through the Legacy Pipe API, resulting in data loading/deletion
operations executed as root — effectively bypassing IoTDB's permission
model entirely.
This issue affects Apache IoTDB: from 2.0.0 before 2.0.11.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.0.11, which fixes the issue. |
| SOCFortress CoPilot focuses on providing a single pane of glass for all your security operations needs. Prior to 0.1.76, `verify_graylog_header` in `backend/app/active_response/routes/graylog.py` and `verify_velociraptor_header` in `backend/app/incidents/routes/incident_alert.py` authenticate webhooks against `GRAYLOG_API_HEADER_VALUE` and `VELOCIRAPTOR_API_HEADER_VALUE` with the same publicly hardcoded fallback. The same default is shipped in `.env.example`. Deployments that leave either setting unset or unchanged permit an anonymous caller with the known header value to bypass the JWT authentication required by normal APIs. `POST /api/graylog/invoke` forwards attacker-selected `COMMAND`, `ACTION`, `VALUE` and `AGENT_ID` to the configured Wazuh manager without the command-enum validation of the authenticated invocation route, allowing active-response scripts to disrupt endpoints and manipulate defensive controls. `POST /api/incidents/alerts/create/threshold` and `POST /api/incidents/alerts/create/velo-sigma` accept forged alerts for arbitrary `customer_code` values and drive attacker-controlled OpenSearch queries. Active-response delivery requires a configured reachable Wazuh manager. Deployments with independently changed header secrets are not subject to this default-secret bypass. This issue is fixed in version 0.1.76. |
| Part-DB is an open source inventory management system for electronic components. Prior to version 2.12.1, the file .env committed in the Part-DB repository contains a fixed value for APP_SECRET (a03498528f5a5fc089273ec9ae5b2849). The official Docker image jbtronics/part-db1 does not override or randomize this value at container start-up. Because Symfony uses APP_SECRET (via kernel.secret) as the HMAC key for signing remember-me cookies, any attacker who knows the secret -- or fetches it from the public repository -- can forge an arbitrary-user remember-me cookie and gain a fully authenticated session with no credentials required. This issue has been patched in version 2.12.1. |
| The BMC does not correctly enforce integrity and encryption requirements for IPMI commands. An attacker may be able to craft packets that execute arbitrary commands on an active session. |
| Alpine iLX-F511 SSH Hard-Coded Credentials Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Alpine iLX-F511 devices. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability.
The specific flaw exists within the SSH service. The issue results from the use of hard-coded credentials. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the telechips user. Was ZDI-CAN-29013. |
| Use of hard-coded credentials in Windows Update Orchestrator Service allows an authorized attacker to bypass a security feature locally. |
| Best Practice Software Bp Premier before 1.14.1.1128 uses a hardcoded Microsoft SQL Server administrative password that is shared across all installations and cannot be changed without breaking the application. Attackers with network access to the database instance can authenticate as sysadmin, bypass application authentication, and execute operating system commands as SYSTEM. |
| Trigger.dev before 4.5.4 contains a hardcoded default secret vulnerability in the /coordinator Socket.IO namespace that allows unauthenticated attackers to connect using the published coordinator-secret value. Attackers can emit READY_FOR_EXECUTION to retrieve decrypted run environment variables or send TASK_RUN_FAILED_TO_RUN and similar events to tamper with arbitrary runs. |
| Rapyd Admin from 9.0.0 before 9.20.0 contains a hard-coded credentials vulnerability that allows remote unauthenticated attackers to gain super-admin access through an AuthSeeder-created admin@laravel account with password admin. The account is seeded by the setup installer and silently re-created on every rpd:make run, letting attackers log in as a global super admin bypassing per-record authorization and tenant scoping. |
| A vulnerability in the database service feature of Cisco Expressway Series could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker with network access to a Cisco Expressway device to execute arbitrary operating system commands as root.
This vulnerability is due to the use of persistent cookies. Additionally, there is insufficient validation of client certificates when the TLS Verify Mode is set to Enabled for clustering, which means that client certificates are not validated. An attacker with possession of the cookies could exploit this vulnerability by connecting to the database service and invoking specific remote procedure call (RPC) commands. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary commands as root on the underlying operating system of an affected device.
Note: Cisco Expressway Series refers to Cisco Expressway Core (Expressway-C) devices and Cisco Expressway Edge (Expressway-E) devices. |
