CVSS v3.1 |
| SQL::Abstract versions from 1.90_01 before 2.000001_04 for Perl skip the injection_guard check for function names given with -func.
injection_guard is documented to apply to every function name, but only the { -name => ... } shorthand goes through it. The explicit { -func => [ $name, ... ] } form puts $name into the SQL unchecked.
An application that relies on injection_guard to reject an untrusted function name passed with -func allows SQL injection. |
| SQL::Abstract versions from 1.90_01 before 2.000001_04 for Perl allow SQL injection via the where values of a nested statement in an identifier position.
A nested statement such as { -select => ... } in a position where plain scalars are identifiers treats its own plain scalars as identifiers too. These positions are the select list, ORDER BY, GROUP BY, RETURNING, and with the ExtraClauses plugin FROM (-as) and JOIN (to). The values of the statement's where, having and set clauses, and the rows of a -values, go into the SQL text instead of the bind list, unescaped unless quote_char is set. Subselects in a WHERE condition are not affected.
An application that passes untrusted input as a where value of such a nested statement, expecting it to be bound, allows SQL injection. |
| The Duplicator WordPress plugin before 5.1.0, duplicator-pro WordPress plugin before 5.1.0 does not restrict its database charset and collation rewrite to schema statements during a restore, so a value a Subscriber stores in their own profile can break out of its string literal and inject SQL into the restore's INSERT statement when an administrator restores the backup onto a server lacking one of the source's charsets or collations. |
| In multiple functions of SearchRequestDatabaseUtil.java, there is a possible way to access protected data due to SQL injection. This could lead to local denial of service with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. |
| A SQL injection vulnerability exists in HPE Networking Fabric Composer. Successful exploitation could allow an unauthenticated adjacent attacker to run arbitrary database commands. |
| Chamilo LMS is an open-source learning management system. Prior to 1.11.40 and 2.0.1, an authenticated administrator can call the get_sessions action in /main/inc/ajax/model.ajax.php with _search=true and a crafted JSON filters parameter whose groupOp field contains SQL syntax. Because groupOp is not restricted to the expected AND or OR operators before it is incorporated into query logic, attacker-controlled input is interpreted by the database and enables blind or time-based SQL injection. Successful exploitation can disclose sensitive user, course, session, configuration, password-reset, and administrative data, modify or delete records subject to database privileges, and cause denial of service through expensive delayed queries. This issue is fixed in versions 1.11.40 and 2.0.1. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in funadmin 7.1.0. Impacted is the function Curd::selectList of the file /frontend/ajax/index of the component Frontend List Endpoint. The manipulation of the argument selectFields results in sql injection. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| OpenEMR before 8.5.0 contains an authenticated SQL injection vulnerability in the Syndromic Surveillance module that allows users with Clinician-level privileges to read and modify arbitrary database contents by submitting crafted values in the form_icd_codes[] POST parameter to the syndromicsurveillance/index endpoint. Attackers can inject an unquoted numeric IN() clause and UNION DISTINCT SELECT statement using hex-encoded literals to abuse MySQL extractvalue() for error-based exfiltration of bcrypt password hashes and execute stacked queries that reset passwords, resulting in full administrative account takeover. |
| SQL injection in Ivanti Endpoint Manager before version 2024 SU5 allows a remote authenticated attacker to read arbitrary data from the database. |
| SQL injection in Ivanti Endpoint Manager before 2024 November Security Update or 2022 SU6 November Security Update allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to achieve remote code execution. |
| IBM InfoSphere Information Server 11.7 vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially crafted SQL statements, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database. |
| In WhatsUp Gold versions released before 2024.0.0, if the application is configured with only a single user, a SQL Injection vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to retrieve the users encrypted password. |
| A vulnerability in NuPoint Messenger (NPM) of Mitel MiCollab through 9.8.0.33 allows an unauthenticated attacker to conduct a SQL injection attack due to insufficient sanitization of user input. A successful exploit could allow an attacker to access sensitive information and execute arbitrary database and management operations. |
| A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in SourceCodester Online Courseware 1.0. Affected is an unknown function of the file admin/deactivateteach.php. The manipulation of the argument selector leads to sql injection. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. VDB-259590 is the identifier assigned to this vulnerability. |
| A vulnerability was found in SourceCodester Airline Ticket Reservation System 1.0. It has been rated as critical. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file activate_jet_details_form_handler.php. The manipulation of the argument jet_id leads to sql injection. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The associated identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-259451. |
| IBM Sterling B2B Integrator 6.2.0.0 through 6.2.0.5_2, 6.2.1.0 through 6.2.1.1_2, and 6.2.2.0 through 6.2.2.0_1 and IBM Sterling File Gateway 6.2.0.0 through 6.2.0.5_2, 6.2.1.0 through 6.2.1.1_2, and 6.2.2.0 through 6.2.2.0_1 is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially crafted SQL statements, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database. |
| SQL injection vulnerability in phpBB profile field migration due to improper handling of user-supplied profile field data during migration, allowing execution of arbitrary SQL queries. Only applies to phpBB forums that had been updated from versions prior to phpBB 3.3.8 and have not been updated to 3.3.11 or newer yet. |
| A chained attack via SQL Expressions and a Grafana Enterprise plugin can lead to a remote arbitrary code execution impact (RCE). This is enabled by a feature in Grafana (OSS), so all users are always recommended to update to avoid future attack vectors going this path.
Only instances with the sqlExpressions feature toggle enabled are vulnerable.
Only instances in the following version ranges are affected:
- 11.6.0 (inclusive) to 11.6.14 (exclusive): 11.6.14 has the fix. 11.5 and below are not affected.
- 12.0.0 (inclusive) to 12.1.10 (exclusive): 12.1.10 has the fix. 12.0 did not receive an update, as it is end-of-life.
- 12.2.0 (inclusive) to 12.2.8 (exclusive): 12.2.8 has the fix.
- 12.3.0 (inclusive) to 12.3.6 (exclusive): 12.3.6 has the fix.
- 12.4.0 (inclusive) to 12.4.2 (exclusive): 12.4.2 has the fix. 13.0.0 and above also have the fix: no v13 release is affected. |
| RosarioSIS before 12.9 contains a sql injection vulnerability that allows authenticated non-student users, including parents, to inject SQL via the unquoted period_id parameter in StudentSummary.php. Attackers can supply payloads without single quotes into IN() clauses to extract administrator password hashes and student records through time-based queries or modify data via stacked statements. |
| The FreePBX module tts (Text to Speech) for FreePBX, an open-source web-based graphical user interface (GUI) that manages Asterisk. Versions prior to 16.0.5 and 17.0.5 are vulnerable to SQL injection by authenticated users with administrator access. Authenticated users with administrative access to the Administrator Control Panel (ACP) can leverage this SQL injection vulnerability to extract sensitive information from the database and execute code on the system as the `asterisk` user with chained elevation to `root` privileges. Users should upgrade to version 16.0.5 or 17.0.5 to receive a fix. |
