An open redirect in Sielox AnyWare v2.1.2 allows attackers to execute a man-in-the-middle attack via a crafted URL.
A DOM-based open redirection in the returnUrl parameter of INSTINCT UI Web Client 6.5.0 allows attackers to redirect users to malicious sites via a crafted URL.
A flaw was found in Keycloak's redirect_uri validation logic. This issue may allow a bypass of otherwise explicitly allowed hosts. A successful attack may lead to the theft of an access token, making it possible for the attacker to impersonate other users. It is very similar to CVE-2023-6291.
| An open redirect vulnerability has been identified in Grafana OSS that can be exploited to achieve XSS attacks. The vulnerability was introduced in Grafana v11.5.0.
The open redirect can be chained with path traversal vulnerabilities to achieve XSS.
Fixed in versions 12.0.2+security-01, 11.6.3+security-01, 11.5.6+security-01, 11.4.6+security-01 and 11.3.8+security-01 |
URL Redirection to Untrusted Site ('Open Redirect') vulnerability in CRM Perks WP Gravity Forms HubSpot gf-hubspot allows Phishing. This issue affects WP Gravity Forms HubSpot: from n/a through <= 1.2.5.
A vulnerability was found in ruifang-tech Rebuild 3.8.6. It has been classified as problematic. This affects an unknown part of the file /user/admin-verify of the component Admin Verification Page. The manipulation of the argument nexturl with the input http://localhost/evil.html leads to open redirect. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A security vulnerability has been detected in CloudPanel Community Edition up to 2.5.1. The affected element is an unknown function of the file /admin/users of the component HTTP Header Handler. Such manipulation of the argument Referer leads to open redirect. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. Upgrading to version 2.5.2 is sufficient to fix this issue. Upgrading the affected component is recommended.
smartbanner.js is a customizable smart app banner for iOS and Android. Prior to version 1.14.1, clicking on smartbanner `View` link and navigating to 3rd party page leaves `window.opener` exposed. It may allow hostile third parties to abuse `window.opener`, e.g. by redirection or injection on the original page with smartbanner. `rel="noopener"` is automatically populated to links as of `v1.14.1` which is a recommended upgrade to resolve the vulnerability. Some workarounds are available for those who cannot upgrade. Ensure `View` link is only taking users to App Store or Google Play Store where security is guarded by respective app store security teams. If `View` link is going to a third party page, limit smartbanner.js to be used on iOS that decreases the scope of the vulnerability since as of Safari 12.1, `rel="noopener"` is imposed on all `target="_blank"` links. Version 1.14.1 of smartbanner.js contains a fix for the issue.
Basecamp's Google Sign-In adds Google sign-in to Rails applications. Prior to version 1.3.0, it is possible to craft a malformed URL that passes the "same origin" check, resulting in the user being redirected to another origin. Rails applications configured to store the flash information in a session cookie may be vulnerable, if this can be chained with an attack that allows injection of arbitrary data into the session cookie. This issue has been patched in version 1.3.0. If upgrading is not possible at this time, a way to mitigate the chained attack can be done by explicitly setting SameSite=Lax or SameSite=Strict on the application session cookie.
savg-sanitizer is a PHP SVG/XML sanitizer. Prior to version 0.22.0, the sanitization logic in the cleanXlinkHrefs method only searches for lower-case attribute name, which allows to by-pass the isHrefSafeValue check. As a result this allows cross-site scripting or linking to external domains. This issue has been patched in version 0.22.0.
CWE-601 URL Redirection to Untrusted Site ('Open Redirect')
Anubis is a Web AI Firewall Utility that weighs the soul of users' connections using one or more challenges in order to protect upstream resources from scraper bots. In versions 1.21.2 and below, attackers can craft malicious pass-challenge pages that cause a user to execute arbitrary JavaScript code or trigger other nonstandard schemes. An incomplete version of this fix was tagged at 1.21.2 and then the release process was aborted upon final testing. To work around this issue: block any requests to the /.within.website/x/cmd/anubis/api/pass-challenge route with the ?redir= parameter set to anything that doesn't start with the URL scheme http, https, or no scheme (local path redirect). This was fixed in version 1.21.3.
A vulnerability classified as problematic was found in Catalyst User Key Authentication Plugin 20220819 on Moodle. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file /auth/userkey/logout.php of the component Logout. The manipulation of the argument return leads to open redirect. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
| Improper Input Validation, the returnUrl parameter in Account Security Settings lacks proper input validation, allowing attackers to redirect users to malicious websites (Open Redirect) and inject JavaScript code to perform cross site scripting attack.
The vulnerability affects Halo versions up to 2.174.101 and all versions between 2.175.1 and 2.184.21 |
Plexus anblick Digital Signage Management 3.1.13 contains an open redirect vulnerability in the 'PantallaLogin' script that allows attackers to manipulate the 'pagina' GET parameter. Attackers can craft malicious links that redirect users to arbitrary websites by exploiting improper input validation in the parameter.
Duende IdentityServer is an OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.x framework for ASP.NET Core. It is possible for an attacker to craft malicious Urls that certain functions in IdentityServer will incorrectly treat as local and trusted. If such a Url is returned as a redirect, some browsers will follow it to a third-party, untrusted site. Note: by itself, this vulnerability does **not** allow an attacker to obtain user credentials, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, or identity tokens. An attacker could however exploit this vulnerability as part of a phishing attack designed to steal user credentials. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.0.6, 6.3.10, 6.2.5, 6.1.8, and 6.0.5. Duende.IdentityServer 5.1 and earlier and all versions of IdentityServer4 are no longer supported and will not be receiving updates. If upgrading is not possible, use `IUrlHelper.IsLocalUrl` from ASP.NET Core to validate return Urls in user interface code in the IdentityServer host.
SAP S/4HANA landscape SAP E-Recruiting BSP allows an unauthenticated attacker to craft malicious links, when clicked the victim could be redirected to the page controlled by the attacker. This has low impact on confidentiality and integrity of the application with no impact on availability.
A host header injection vulnerability in Lines Police CAD 1.0 allows attackers to obtain the password reset token via user interaction with a crafted password reset link. This allows attackers to arbitrarily reset other users' passwords and compromise their accounts.
A flaw has been found in TOTVS Portal Meu RH up to 12.1.17. Impacted is an unknown function of the component Password Reset Handler. Executing manipulation of the argument redirectUrl can lead to open redirect. The attack may be performed from a remote location. The exploit has been published and may be used. Upgrading to version 12.1.2410.274, 12.1.2502.178 and 12.1.2506.121 is recommended to address this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. The vendor explains, that "[o]ur internal validation (...) confirms that the reported behavior does not exist in currently supported releases. In these tests, the redirectUrl parameter is ignored, and no malicious redirection occurs." This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer.
An issue in Wifire Hotspot v.4.5.3 allows a local attacker to execute arbitrary code via a crafted payload to the dst parameter.
