CVE Vendors Products Updated CVSS v3.1
CVE-2026-59851 2 Libssh, Redhat 4 Libssh, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 1 more 2026-08-17 8.8 High
A flaw was found in libssh. On servers with GSSAPIKeyExchange enabled, the gssapi-keyex path does not verify whether the authenticated Kerberos principal is authorized for the requested local user, allowing authenticated clients to log in as arbitrary users.
CVE-2026-73646 2 Postcss, Redhat 2 Postcss, Hummingbird 2026-08-17 7.5 High
PostCSS takes a CSS file and provides an API to analyze and modify its rules by transforming the rules into an Abstract Syntax Tree. Prior to 8.5.18, lib/previous-map.js loadMap() passes attacker-controlled sourceMappingURL values to join(dirname(opts.from), annotation), and loadFile() permits traversed or absolute .map paths, allowing untrusted CSS processed without map: false to disclose sourcesContent from arbitrary reachable .map files through result.map. This issue is fixed in version 8.5.18.
CVE-2019-11050 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 5 more 2026-08-17 4.8 Medium
When PHP EXIF extension is parsing EXIF information from an image, e.g. via exif_read_data() function, in PHP versions 7.2.x below 7.2.26, 7.3.x below 7.3.13 and 7.4.0 it is possible to supply it with data what will cause it to read past the allocated buffer. This may lead to information disclosure or crash.
CVE-2019-11045 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 5 more 2026-08-17 3.7 Low
In PHP versions 7.2.x below 7.2.26, 7.3.x below 7.3.13 and 7.4.0, PHP DirectoryIterator class accepts filenames with embedded \0 byte and treats them as terminating at that byte. This could lead to security vulnerabilities, e.g. in applications checking paths that the code is allowed to access.
CVE-2023-6931 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 6 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 3 more 2026-08-17 7.8 High
A heap out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the Linux kernel's Performance Events system component can be exploited to achieve local privilege escalation. A perf_event's read_size can overflow, leading to an heap out-of-bounds increment or write in perf_read_group(). We recommend upgrading past commit 382c27f4ed28f803b1f1473ac2d8db0afc795a1b.
CVE-2026-18378 2 Red Hat, Redhat 3 Cost Management Metrics Operator, Cost Management, Cost Management Metrics Operator 2026-08-17 7.6 High
A flaw was found in koku-metrics-operator. The operator's CostManagementMetricsConfig custom resource allows user able to edit the CR to specify an arbitrary upload URL. When authentication.type is set to token (the default), the cluster-global Red Hat Cloud pull-secret bearer token is attached to HTTP requests sent to this user-controlled URL, allowing the attacker to obtain the token.
CVE-2026-68743 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Sssd 5 Sssd, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 2 more 2026-08-17 5.5 Medium
A flaw was found in SSSD. The extract_authtok_v1() function in the PAM responder does not validate the auth_token_length field against the remaining buffer size before processing. A local attacker can exploit this via a crafted protocol v1 request to the PAM responder socket, causing an out-of-bounds read and process crash, resulting in a denial of service.
CVE-2026-53000 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-08-17 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nat: use kfree_rcu to release ops Florian Westphal says: "Historically this is not an issue, even for normal base hooks: the data path doesn't use the original nf_hook_ops that are used to register the callbacks. However, in v5.14 I added the ability to dump the active netfilter hooks from userspace. This code will peek back into the nf_hook_ops that are available at the tail of the pointer-array blob used by the datapath. The nat hooks are special, because they are called indirectly from the central nat dispatcher hook. They are currently invisible to the nfnl hook dump subsystem though. But once that changes the nat ops structures have to be deferred too." Update nf_nat_register_fn() to deal with partial exposition of the hooks from error path which can be also an issue for nfnetlink_hook.
CVE-2026-73088 2 Browserslist Project, Redhat 2 Browserslist, Hummingbird 2026-08-17 7.5 High
Browserslist is a configuration tool for sharing target browsers and Node.js versions between front-end tools. Prior to 4.28.7, normalizeStats() in node.js, reached unconditionally through getStat() and loadStat() on every browserslist() call, processes untrusted browserslist-stats.json, opts.stats, and CLI --stats data with an unguarded for...in loop and plain-object bracket access and assignment, allowing inherited Object.prototype keys including __proto__, toString, valueOf, constructor, hasOwnProperty, and isPrototypeOf to cause an uncaught TypeError or modify the prototype of the returned normalized object. This issue is fixed in version 4.28.7.
CVE-2026-19879 1 Redhat 9 Build Of Apache Camel For Spring Boot, Camel Spring Boot, Enterprise Linux and 6 more 2026-08-17 5.3 Medium
A flaw was found in Undertow, an HTTP server, within its HTTP response header writing path. The `writeString()` method performs a silent narrowing cast from 16-bit Unicode characters to 8-bit bytes when writing HTTP response header values. A remote attacker can exploit this by supplying specific Unicode characters in user-controlled input that an application places into response headers. This can lead to the truncation of these characters into ASCII control characters or special symbols, potentially resulting in limited integrity impact or information disclosure if the application does not properly sanitize user input.
CVE-2026-67326 3 Gitpython-developers, Gitpython Project, Redhat 3 Gitpython, Gitpython, Hummingbird 2026-08-14 7 High
GitPython before 3.1.50 fails to validate newline characters in the section parameter of config_writer(), allowing attackers to inject arbitrary section headers into .git/config. Attackers can inject newlines to create a forged [core] section with hooksPath pointing to attacker-controlled directories, achieving remote code execution when git hooks are triggered.
CVE-2026-67325 3 Gitpython-developers, Gitpython Project, Redhat 3 Gitpython, Gitpython, Hummingbird 2026-08-14 8.8 High
GitPython before 3.1.51 contains an incomplete command injection blocklist that fails to account for git's long-option prefix abbreviation feature. Attackers can bypass the unsafe options guard by using abbreviated option names like upload_p instead of upload_pack, which git resolves to dangerous options and executes arbitrary commands.

CVE-2026-66806 2 Microsoft, Redhat 7 365 Apps, Office 2019, Office 2021 and 4 more 2026-08-14 5.5 Medium
Off-by-one error in Microsoft Office Word allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information locally.
CVE-2026-73089 2 Browserslist Project, Redhat 2 Browserslist, Hummingbird 2026-08-14 7.5 High
Browserslist is a configuration tool for sharing target browsers and Node.js versions between front-end tools. Prior to 4.28.7, index.js retains every distinct `(queries, context)` result in cache and every parseQueries() AST in parseCache without a size cap, TTL, or eviction, allowing an attacker who can influence repeated browserslist() query values, including valid since `<year>-<month>-<day>` queries, to bypass the caller-controlled BROWSERSLIST_DISABLE_CACHE mitigation and cause linear memory growth followed by an out-of-memory process crash. This issue is fixed in version 4.28.7.
CVE-2026-19730 2 Podman-container-tools, Redhat 13 Podman, Ansible Automation Platform, Container Native Virtualization and 10 more 2026-08-14 4.2 Medium
The 'podman quadlet install --replace' command opens the existing destination file with O_CREATE|O_WRONLY but omits O_TRUNC. When the initial reflink copy attempt fails (common on non-reflink-capable filesystems including many RHEL default XFS configurations), the fallback in ReflinkOrCopy uses io.Copy which performs a non-truncating write. If the original Quadlet is larger than the new Quadlet, the file is not truncated and content from the original is preserved. The command completes with no warning. There is no risk of information leakage as the user already had access to the Quadlet in order to replace it, and in most cases, this would only lead to invalid Quadlet files. However, security-related options from the end of the old Quadlet could be included in the new Quadlet, and if the truncation resulted in a valid Quadlet file, this could result in undesirable behavior. For example, running podman quadlet install --replace to remove a single line from the end of a Quadlet - including security-sensitive content, like AddCapability - will fail, and the option will continue to be used. Further, with Volume Quadlets, this can include additional mounts which can cause content to be unintentionally exposed into containers. If, later, the image is updated then compromised content might be leaked to an attacker. The vulnerable code paths are in pkg/domain/infra/abi/quadlet.go (lines 338-360, O_CREATE|O_WRONLY without O_TRUNC) and vendor/go.podman.io/storage/pkg/fileutils/reflink_linux.go (lines 12-19, non-truncating io.Copy fallback).
CVE-2026-13622 2 Kubevirt, Redhat 3 Kubevirt, Container Native Virtualization, Openshift Virtualization 2026-08-14 8.8 High
A symlink following vulnerability was found in KubeVirt's virt-handler migration proxy. During live migration, virt-handler dials Unix sockets inside the target virt-launcher pod via /proc/<pid>/root/ paths using net.Dial() without symlink protection. These socket paths reside in qemu-owned directories writable by the virt-launcher user. An attacker with namespace edit and pods/exec permissions can replace a migration proxy socket with a symlink to the host CRI-O socket. Because virt-handler runs as root in the host mount namespace, absolute symlink targets resolve against the host filesystem, and the bidirectional io.Copy proxy relays attacker-controlled bytes to the container runtime, enabling full node compromise.
CVE-2021-40490 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more 31 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 28 more 2026-08-13 7.0 High
A race condition was discovered in ext4_write_inline_data_end in fs/ext4/inline.c in the ext4 subsystem in the Linux kernel through 5.13.13.
