| Buffer Copy without Checking Size of Input (CWE-120) in the Controller 6000 and Controller 7000 diagnostic web interface allows an authorised and authenticated operator to reboot the Controller, causing a Denial of Service. Gallagher recommend the diagnostic web page is not enabled (default is off) unless advised by Gallagher Technical support. This interface is intended only for diagnostic purposes.
This issue affects: Controller 6000 and Controller 7000 9.10 prior to vCR9.10.240816a (distributed in 9.10.1530 (MR2)), 9.00 prior to vCR9.00.240816a (distributed in 9.00.2168 (MR4)), 8.90 prior to vCR8.90.240816a (distributed in 8.90.2155 (MR5)), 8.80 prior to vCR8.80.240816b (distributed in 8.80.1938 (MR6)), all versions of 8.70 and prior. |
| The HP Linux Imaging and Printing (HPLIP) software may potentially be affected by memory buffer overflow. |
| StreamRipper32 version 2.6 contains a buffer overflow vulnerability in the Station/Song Section that allows attackers to overwrite memory by manipulating the SongPattern input. Attackers can craft a malicious payload exceeding 256 bytes to potentially execute arbitrary code and compromise the application. |
| Qualisys C++ SDK commit a32a21a was discovered to contain multiple stack buffer overflows via the GetCurrentFrame, SaveCapture, and LoadProject functions. |
|
A buffer Overflow vulnerability in Silicon Labs 500 Series Z-Wave devices may allow Denial of Service, and potential Remote Code execution
This issue affects all versions of Silicon Labs 500 Series SDK prior to v6.85.2
running on Silicon Labs 500 series Z-wave devices.

| Core FTP LE 2.2 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows attackers to crash the application by overwriting the account field with a large buffer. Attackers can create a text file with 20,000 repeated characters and paste it into the account field to cause the application to become unresponsive and require reinstallation. |
| A vulnerability in the RADIUS proxy feature for the IPsec VPN feature of Cisco Secure Firewall Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Secure Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition.
This vulnerability is due to improper processing of IPv6 packets. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending IPv6 packets over an IPsec VPN connection to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to trigger a reload of the device, resulting in a DoS condition. |
| Remote Desktop Audit 2.3.0.157 contains a buffer overflow vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary code during the Add Computers Wizard file import process. Attackers can craft a malicious payload file to trigger a structured exception handler (SEH) bypass and execute shellcode when importing computer lists. |
| Buffer Overflow vulnerability in Neat Board NFC v.1.20240620.0015 allows a physically proximate attackers to escalate privileges via a crafted payload to the password field |
| A heap buffer overflow in the XML Text Escaping component of Qualisys C++ SDK commit a32a21a allows attackers to cause Denial of Service (DoS) via escaping special XML characters. |
| A vulnerability was found in H3C GR-3000AX V100R007L50. It has been classified as critical. Affected is the function UpdateWanParamsMulti/UpdateIpv6Params of the file /routing/goform/aspForm. The manipulation of the argument param leads to buffer overflow. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor confirms the existence of this issue. Because they assess the risk as low, they do not have immediate plans for remediation. |
| A vulnerability was found in H3C GR-5400AX V100R009L50 and classified as critical. This issue affects the function UpdateWanparamsMulti/UpdateIpv6params of the file /routing/goform/aspForm. The manipulation of the argument param leads to buffer overflow. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor confirms the existence of this issue. Because they assess the risk as low, they do not have immediate plans for remediation. |
| WS-WN572HP3 V230525 was discovered to contain a buffer overflow in the component /www/cgi-bin/upload.cgi. This vulnerability allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted HTTP request. |
| slpd-lite is a unicast SLP UDP server. Any OpenBMC system that includes the slpd-lite package is impacted. Installing this package is the default when building OpenBMC. Nefarious users can send slp packets to the BMC using UDP port 427 to cause memory overflow issues within the slpd-lite daemon on the BMC. Patches will be available in the latest openbmc/slpd-lite repository. |
| Foscam Video Management System 1.1.4.9 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the username input field that allows attackers to crash the application. Attackers can overwrite the username with a 520-byte buffer of repeated 'A' characters to trigger an application crash during device login. |
| GPAC MP4box 2.1-DEV-rev574-g9d5bb184b contains a buffer overflow in gf_vvc_read_pps_bs_internal function of media_tools/av_parsers.c, check needed for num_exp_tile_columns |
| Buffer Overflow vulnerability in SAS Broker 9.2 build 1495 allows attackers to cause denial of service or obtain sensitive information via crafted payload to the '_debug' parameter. |
| BS.Player version 2.57 (build 1051) contains a vulnerability in its playlist import functionality. When processing .m3u files, the application fails to properly validate the length of playlist entries, resulting in a buffer overflow condition. This flaw occurs during parsing of long URLs embedded in the playlist, allowing overwrite of Structured Exception Handler (SEH) records. The vulnerability is triggered upon opening a crafted playlist file and affects the Unicode parsing logic in the Windows client. |
| Dlink Dir-3040us A1 1.20b03a hotfix is vulnerable to Buffer Overflow. Any user having read/write access to ftp server can write directly to ram causing buffer overflow if file or files uploaded are greater than available ram. Ftp server allows change of directory to root which is one level up than root of usb flash directory. During upload ram is getting filled and causing system resource exhaustion (no free memory) which causes system to crash and reboot. |
| asdcplib (aka AS-DCP Lib) 2.13.1 has a heap-based buffer over-read in ASDCP::TimedText::MXFReader::h__Reader::MD_to_TimedText_TDesc in AS_DCP_TimedText.cpp in libasdcp.so. |
