| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/i915/vrr: Configure VRR timings after enabling TRANS_DDI_FUNC_CTL
Apparently ICL may hang with an MCE if we write TRANS_VRR_VMAX/FLIPLINE
before enabling TRANS_DDI_FUNC_CTL.
Personally I was only able to reproduce a hang (on an Dell XPS 7390
2-in-1) with an external display connected via a dock using a dodgy
type-C cable that made the link training fail. After the failed
link training the machine would hang. TGL seemed immune to the
problem for whatever reason.
BSpec does tell us to configure VRR after enabling TRANS_DDI_FUNC_CTL
as well. The DMC firmware also does the VRR restore in two stages:
- first stage seems to be unconditional and includes TRANS_VRR_CTL
and a few other VRR registers, among other things
- second stage is conditional on the DDI being enabled,
and includes TRANS_DDI_FUNC_CTL and TRANS_VRR_VMAX/VMIN/FLIPLINE,
among other things
So let's reorder the steps to match to avoid the hang, and
toss in an extra WARN to make sure we don't screw this up later.

| YetAnotherForum.NET (YAF.NET) is a C# ASP.NET forum. Prior to 4.0.5, Any admin OnPost… handler executes its side effects before the ResultFilterAttribute rewrites the response to a 302 to /Info/4. The most impactful abuse is /Admin/RunSql, whose OnPostRunQuery binds Editor from the POST body and passes it straight to IDbAccess.RunSql with no caller check, yielding arbitrary SQL execution for any low-privileged user. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.0.5. |
| Fides is an open-source privacy engineering platform. From 2.75.0 to before 2.83.2, Fides deployments that enable both subject identity verification and duplicate privacy request detection are affected by a vulnerability in which an administrator can approve a privacy request whose identity was never verified. For erasure policies, this can result in unauthorized deletion of a data subject's records across every integration configured in the affected deployment. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.83.2. |

Prior to v4.5.9, v4.4.16, and v4.3.22, Mastodon allows restricting new user sign-up based on e-mail domain names, and performs basic validation on e-mail addresses, but fails to restrict characters that are interpreted differently by some mailing servers. This vulnerability is fixed in v4.5.9, v4.4.16, and v4.3.22. |

| Botan is a C++ cryptography library. Prior to version 3.11.1, the TLS 1.3 implementation allowed ApplicationData records to be processed prior to the Finished message being received. A server which is attempting to enforce client authentication via certificates can by bypassed by a client which entirely omits Certificate, CertificateVerify, and the Finished message and instead sends application data records. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.1. |

| Nextcloud Tables allows you to create your own tables with individual columns. Prior 0.7.6, 0.8.8, and 0.9.5, when importing a table, a user was able to specify files on the server and when their format is supported by the used PhpSpreadsheet library they would be included and their content leaked to the user. It is recommended that the Nextcloud Tables app is upgraded to 0.7.6, 0.8.8 or 0.9.5. |

| Chamilo is a learning management system. Prior to version 1.11.30, a logic vulnerability in the friend request workflow of Chamilo’s social network module allows an authenticated user to forcibly add any user as a friend by directly calling the AJAX endpoint. The attacker can bypass the normal flow of sending and accepting friend requests, and even add non-existent users. This breaks access control and social interaction logic, with potential privacy implications. This issue has been patched in version 1.11.30. |
