CVSS v3.1 |
| A Null pointer dereference vulnerability in the Mobile Management Entity (MME) in Magma <= 1.8.0 (fixed in v1.9 commit 08472ba98b8321f802e95f5622fa90fec2dea486) allow network-adjacent attackers to crash the MME via an S1AP `Initial UE Message` packet missing an expected `RRC Establishment Clause` field. |
| Volto is a ReactJS-based frontend for the Plone Content Management System. Versions 16.34.0 and below, 17.0.0 through 17.22.1, 18.0.0 through 18.27.1, and 19.0.0-alpha.1 through 19.0.0-alpha.5, an anonymous user could cause the NodeJS server part of Volto to quit with an error when visiting a specific URL. This issue is fixed in versions 16.34.1, 17.22.2, 18.27.2 and 19.0.0-alpha.6. |
| A vulnerability exists in the RTU500 web server component that can cause a denial of service to the RTU500 CMU application if a specially crafted message sequence is executed on a WebSocket connection.
An attacker must be properly authenticated and the test mode function of RTU500 must be enabled to exploit this vulnerability.
The affected CMU will automatically recover itself if an attacker successfully exploits this vulnerability. |
| Watchdog Antivirus v1.6.415 is vulnerable to a Denial of Service vulnerability by triggering the 0x80002014 IOCTL code of the wsdk-driver.sys driver. |
| Verifying a certificate chain which contains a certificate with an unknown public key algorithm will cause Certificate.Verify to panic. This affects all crypto/tls clients, and servers that set Config.ClientAuth to VerifyClientCertIfGiven or RequireAndVerifyClientCert. The default behavior is for TLS servers to not verify client certificates. |
| NULL pointer dereference for some Intel(R) MLC software before version v3.11b may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via local access. |
| Cesanta Mongoose commit b316989 was discovered to contain a NULL pointer dereference via the scpy function at src/fmt.c. This vulnerability allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted MQTT packet. |
| DISPUTE NOTE: this issue does not pose a security risk as it (according to analysis by the original software developer, NLnet Labs) falls within the expected functionality and security controls of the application. Red Hat has made a claim that there is a security risk within Red Hat products. NLnet Labs has no further information about the claim, and suggests that affected Red Hat customers refer to available Red Hat documentation or support channels. ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: A NULL pointer dereference flaw was found in the ub_ctx_set_fwd function in Unbound. This issue could allow an attacker who can invoke specific sequences of API calls to cause a segmentation fault. When certain API functions such as ub_ctx_set_fwd and ub_ctx_resolvconf are called in a particular order, the program attempts to read from a NULL pointer, leading to a crash. This issue can result in a denial of service by causing the application to terminate unexpectedly. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: core: prevent NULL deref in generic_hwtstamp_ioctl_lower()
The ethtool tsconfig Netlink path can trigger a null pointer
dereference. A call chain such as:
tsconfig_prepare_data() ->
dev_get_hwtstamp_phylib() ->
vlan_hwtstamp_get() ->
generic_hwtstamp_get_lower() ->
generic_hwtstamp_ioctl_lower()
results in generic_hwtstamp_ioctl_lower() being called with
kernel_cfg->ifr as NULL.
The generic_hwtstamp_ioctl_lower() function does not expect
a NULL ifr and dereferences it, leading to a system crash.
Fix this by adding a NULL check for kernel_cfg->ifr in
generic_hwtstamp_ioctl_lower(). If ifr is NULL, return -EINVAL. |
| The NASA’s Interplanetary Overlay Network (ION) is an implementation of Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networking (DTN). A segmentation fault occurs with ION-DTN BPv7 software version 4.1.3 when a bundle with a Destination Endpoint ID (EID) set to dtn:none is received. This causes the node to become unresponsive to incoming bundles, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS) condition. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.1.3s. |
| A vulnerability classified as problematic was found in GNU cflow up to 1.8. Affected by this vulnerability is the function yylex of the file c.c of the component Lexer. The manipulation leads to null pointer dereference. An attack has to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| A null pointer dereference has been identified in the AsIO3.sys driver. The vulnerability can be triggered by a specially crafted input, which may lead to a system crash (BSOD).
Refer to the 'Security Update for Armoury Crate App' section on the ASUS Security Advisory for more information. |
| An attacker who successfully exploited these vulnerabilities could cause the robot to stop.
A vulnerability exists in the PROFINET stack included in the RobotWare versions listed below.
This vulnerability arises under specific condition when specially crafted message is processed by the system.
Below are reported vulnerabilities in the Robot Ware versions.
* IRC5- RobotWare 6 < 6.15.06 except 6.10.10, and 6.13.07 |
| A null pointer dereference in Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS software on PA-800 Series, PA-3200 Series, PA-5200 Series, and PA-7000 Series hardware platforms when Decryption policy is enabled allows an unauthenticated attacker to crash PAN-OS by sending specific traffic through the data plane, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition. Repeated attempts to trigger this condition will result in PAN-OS entering maintenance mode.
Palo Alto Networks VM-Series, Cloud NGFW, and Prisma Access are not affected.
This issue only affects PA-800 Series, PA-3200 Series, PA-5200 Series, and PA-7000 Series running these specific versions of PAN-OS:

| Belledonne Communications Linphone-Desktop
is vulnerable to a NULL Dereference vulnerability, which could allow a remote attacker to create a denial-of-service condition. |
| Netskope was notified about a potential gap in its agent (NS Client) on Windows systems. If this gap is successfully exploited, a local, authenticated user with Administrator privileges can improperly load the driver as a generic kernel service. This triggers the flaw, causing a system crash (Blue-Screen-of-Death) and resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the affected machine. |
| A bug in Micrium OS Network HTTP Server permits an invalid pointer dereference during header processing - potentially allowing a device crash and Denial of Service. |
| NVIDIA Display Driver for Linux contains a vulnerability in the kernel driver, where a user could cause a null pointer dereference by allocating a specific memory resource. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to denial of service. |
| A Null pointer dereference vulnerability in the Mobile Management Entity (MME) in Magma <= 1.8.0 (fixed in v1.9 commit 08472ba98b8321f802e95f5622fa90fec2dea486) allows network-adjacent attackers to crash the MME via an S1AP `S1Setup Request` packet missing an expected `Global eNB ID` field. |
| NULL pointer dereference for some Intel(R) Graphics Drivers may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via local access. |
