IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.12.3 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to overwrite arbitrary files due to improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory.
CVE-2026-104312 2 Ibm, Langflow 2 Langflow Oss, Langflow 2026-11-03 3.5 Low
IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.12.3 could allow an authenticated attacker to produce a server-generated ZIP archive containing entry paths that traverse outside the intended extraction directory. Extraction of the archive by a victim using a non-sanitizing tool could result in arbitrary file write on the victim's host.
CVE-2026-105947 1 Innotim Software Telecommunications And Consulting Trade Ltd. Co. 1 Logsign Siem 2026-11-03 6.5 Medium
Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in Innotim Software, Telecommunications, and Consulting Co. Ltd. Logsign SIEM allows Path Traversal. This issue affects Logsign SIEM: from 6.4.120 before 6.4.122.
CVE-2026-112545 1 Apple 1 Macos 2026-11-03 7.8 High
A parsing issue in the handling of directory paths was addressed with improved path validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. An app may be able to gain root privileges.
CVE-2026-120307 1 Beam-cloud 1 Beta9 2026-11-03 9.9 Critical
The Beta9 worker serves the sandbox file API from outside the container. getHostPathFromContainerPath turns the tenant's container path into a worker path. If the unresolved path starts with a mount destination, including the default upload mount at /tmp/.beta9, the remainder is joined onto that mount's source with filepath.Join, which cleans parent-directory segments after the prefix check. A long enough run of those segments names any absolute path on the worker. A path that matches no mount is joined onto the container root and opened in the worker's own filesystem, so an absolute symbolic link such as /var/run pointing at /run is followed against the worker root. Upload, download, stat, list, find-in-files, replace-in-files, and delete-file all call this helper. A tenant with a workspace token and one running sandbox can read, write, list, and delete files on the hosting worker as root, including files of other tenants on that machine. A read-only proof downloaded the worker pod's Kubernetes service account token through the file API for a path that did not exist inside the sandbox. In the shipped remote-node manifests that service account is bound to cluster-admin. Fixed in worker 0.1.756: sandbox file operations and workspace sync open paths with os.OpenRoot, so parent-directory and symlink lookups stay inside the container root or the mount source.
CVE-2026-120308 1 Beam-cloud 1 Beta9 2026-11-03 9.9 Critical
A Beta9 tenant can attach a volume when deploying a function, endpoint, or task queue. The gateway builds the host path by joining the shared volumes root, the workspace name, and the volume identifier from the stub configuration. Nothing checks that the identifier names a volume that workspace owns. Parent-directory segments in the identifier collapse the joined path to the worker's filesystem root, and the worker bind-mounts that path into the sandbox read-write unless the volume was explicitly marked read-only. A tenant with a workspace token can therefore read and write the worker's files, including other tenants' volumes stored on that machine. Confirmed against gateway 0.1.769 and worker 0.1.745. Fixed in gateway 0.1.776 and worker 0.1.756: volume identifiers and mount paths are validated before a mount is built, including for stubs saved before the check existed, and the gateway rejects a volume that does not exist or is not owned by the workspace.
CVE-2026-112487 1 Apple 1 Macos 2026-11-03 7.8 High
A path handling issue was addressed with improved validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. An app may be able to gain root privileges.
CVE-2026-120315 1 Lobehub 1 Lobe Chat 2026-11-03 8.8 High
LobeHub Chat from 1.84.26 before 2.1.49 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows authenticated users to write arbitrary files by supplying unsanitized file names to writeTempFile(). Attackers can create a file record via file.createFile with a traversal name, then trigger document parsing to overwrite application files like startServer.js for code execution or denial of service.
CVE-2026-75520 1 Domoticz 1 Domoticz 2026-11-03 5.4 Medium
Domoticz is a free, open source home automation system for Linux, Windows, macOS, and Raspberry Pi. Prior to 2026.3, the `udevices` JSON command handler, `Cmd_UpdateDevices` in `main/WebServerCmds.cpp`, performed no `session.rights` check before invoking a Lua parser script, while its sibling command handlers gate access by role. A low-privilege authenticated user could trigger execution of an existing operator-installed Lua parser script with attacker-controlled input through the `GET /json.htm` endpoint with `type=command` and `param=udevices`. The `script` parameter also lacked a `..` path-traversal guard: `CLuaHandler::executeLuaScript` in `main/LuaHandler.cpp` constructed the filename from the parser directory and the supplied script name before passing it to `luaL_loadfile`. Execution is limited to already-installed valid Lua files; this is not arbitrary code execution, and the advisory states that file-write and upload paths require administrator privileges. This issue is addressed in version 2026.3.
CVE-2026-120544 2 Kodezen, Wordpress-extensions 2 Academy Lms, Academy Lms 2026-11-03 4.3 Medium
The Academy LMS – AI Course Builder, Quizzes, Certificates & eLearning plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.1 via the 'id' parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to read the contents of arbitrary .html files on the server. The plugin appends a '.html' extension to the attacker-supplied path before reading it, so files with any other extension — including wp-config.php — are out of reach. The file's contents are returned in full in the REST JSON response's content field.
CVE-2026-73697 2 Control-webpanel, Control Web Panel 2 Webpanel, Control Web Panel 2026-11-03 8.8 High
Control Web Panel (CWP) before webpanel_version 1.16 contains an arbitrary file write and OS command injection vulnerability in the phpini_editor user panel module that allows attackers with access to the module to write attacker-controlled content to arbitrary paths and execute arbitrary OS commands. Attackers can exploit the acc=update action to write files via file_put_contents without path confinement and the acc=addlabelphpiniadv action to pass unsanitized input into shell_exec, achieving code execution in the user panel context.
CVE-2026-86383 1 Dell 1 Powerprotect Data Domain 2026-11-03 6.8 Medium
Dell PowerProtect Data Domain, Feature Release versions 7.7.1.0 through 8.8, LTS2025 release versions 8.3.1.0 through 8.3.1.40, LTS2026 release versions 8.6.1.0 through 8.6.1.20, contain an Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability. A high privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information disclosure.
CVE-2026-120577 2026-11-03 8.1 High
The FluentCart A New Era of eCommerce – Faster, Lighter, and Simpler plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion due to insufficient file path validation in the deleteFile function in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.2. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to delete arbitrary files on the server, which can easily lead to remote code execution when the right file is deleted (such as wp-config.php).
CVE-2026-120559 2026-11-03 7.5 High
The Contact Form Extender for Divi Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Deletion due to insufficient file path validation in the cfefd_remove_uploaded_file() function in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.6. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary files on the server, which can easily lead to remote code execution when the right file is deleted (such as wp-config.php). The nonce protecting this AJAX action is rendered into the public page source via wp_localize_script and is therefore retrievable by any unauthenticated visitor.
CVE-2026-120518 2026-11-03 9.1 Critical
The BuddyPress XProfile Image Field plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.0. This is due to bpxp_image_field_update_on_user_activation() calling unlink() on a path built from visitor-supplied signup metadata with no realpath() resolution, no containment check against the profile-image directory and no extension allow-list. Submitting a zero-byte file with the 'field_N_hidden' parameter during registration makes the plugin store the raw value, which is then resolved against the document root when the pending signup is activated. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary files on the server, which can easily lead to remote code execution when the right file (such as wp-config.php) is deleted. Requires open registration and an image-type profile field on the signup form.
CVE-2025-9566 1 Redhat 9 Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird, Openshift and 6 more 2026-11-03 8.1 High
There's a vulnerability in podman where an attacker may use the kube play command to overwrite host files when the kube file container a Secrete or a ConfigMap volume mount and such volume contains a symbolic link to a host file path. In a successful attack, the attacker can only control the target file to be overwritten but not the content to be written into the file. Binary-Affected: podman Upstream-version-introduced: v4.0.0 Upstream-version-fixed: v5.6.1
CVE-2023-35947 1 Gradle 1 Gradle 2026-11-02 6.9 Medium
Gradle is a build tool with a focus on build automation and support for multi-language development. In affected versions when unpacking Tar archives, Gradle did not check that files could be written outside of the unpack location. This could lead to important files being overwritten anywhere the Gradle process has write permissions. For a build reading Tar entries from a Tar archive, this issue could allow Gradle to disclose information from sensitive files through an arbitrary file read. To exploit this behavior, an attacker needs to either control the source of an archive already used by the build or modify the build to interact with a malicious archive. It is unlikely that this would go unnoticed. A fix has been released in Gradle 7.6.2 and 8.2 to protect against this vulnerability. Starting from these versions, Gradle will refuse to handle Tar archives which contain path traversal elements in a Tar entry name. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. ### Impact This is a path traversal vulnerability when Gradle deals with Tar archives, often referenced as TarSlip, a variant of ZipSlip. * When unpacking Tar archives, Gradle did not check that files could be written outside of the unpack location. This could lead to important files being overwritten anywhere the Gradle process has write permissions. * For a build reading Tar entries from a Tar archive, this issue could allow Gradle to disclose information from sensitive files through an arbitrary file read. To exploit this behavior, an attacker needs to either control the source of an archive already used by the build or modify the build to interact with a malicious archive. It is unlikely that this would go unnoticed. Gradle uses Tar archives for its [Build Cache](https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/build_cache.html). These archives are safe when created by Gradle. But if an attacker had control of a remote build cache server, they could inject malicious build cache entries that leverage this vulnerability. This attack vector could also be exploited if a man-in-the-middle can be performed between the remote cache and the build. ### Patches A fix has been released in Gradle 7.6.2 and 8.2 to protect against this vulnerability. Starting from these versions, Gradle will refuse to handle Tar archives which contain path traversal elements in a Tar entry name. It is recommended that users upgrade to a patched version. ### Workarounds There is no workaround. * If your build deals with Tar archives that you do not fully trust, you need to inspect them to confirm they do not attempt to leverage this vulnerability. * If you use the Gradle remote build cache, make sure only trusted parties have write access to it and that connections to the remote cache are properly secured. ### References * [CWE-22: Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal')](https://cwe.mitre.org/data/definitions/22.html) * [Gradle Build Cache](https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/build_cache.html) * [ZipSlip](https://security.snyk.io/research/zip-slip-vulnerability)
CVE-2023-32558 1 Nodejs 1 Node.js 2026-11-02 7.5 High
The use of the deprecated API `process.binding()` can bypass the permission model through path traversal. This vulnerability affects all users using the experimental permission model in Node.js 20.x. Please note that at the time this CVE was issued, the permission model is an experimental feature of Node.js.
CVE-2023-25815 3 Fedoraproject, Git For Windows Project, Redhat 7 Fedora, Git For Windows, Enterprise Linux and 4 more 2026-11-02 3.3 Low
In Git for Windows, the Windows port of Git, no localized messages are shipped with the installer. As a consequence, Git is expected not to localize messages at all, and skips the gettext initialization. However, due to a change in MINGW-packages, the `gettext()` function's implicit initialization no longer uses the runtime prefix but uses the hard-coded path `C:\mingw64\share\locale` to look for localized messages. And since any authenticated user has the permission to create folders in `C:\` (and since `C:\mingw64` does not typically exist), it is possible for low-privilege users to place fake messages in that location where `git.exe` will pick them up in version 2.40.1. This vulnerability is relatively hard to exploit and requires social engineering. For example, a legitimate message at the end of a clone could be maliciously modified to ask the user to direct their web browser to a malicious website, and the user might think that the message comes from Git and is legitimate. It does require local write access by the attacker, though, which makes this attack vector less likely. Version 2.40.1 contains a patch for this issue. Some workarounds are available. Do not work on a Windows machine with shared accounts, or alternatively create a `C:\mingw64` folder and leave it empty. Users who have administrative rights may remove the permission to create folders in `C:\`.
CVE-2026-63667 1 Apostrophecms 1 Apostrophecms 2026-11-02 6.5 Medium
ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Prior to 3.6.2, the import-export module in packages/import-export/lib/formats/gzip.js constructs an attachment source path from the attacker-controlled _id, name, and extension fields in aposAttachments.json without ensuring that the resolved path remains under the extracted attachments directory, allowing an authenticated contributor to import a crafted archive, read a host file with an allowed extension, and publish the copied file at an unauthenticated uploads URL. This issue is fixed in version 3.6.2.
