CVE-2026-64424 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-04 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netpoll: fix a use-after-free on shutdown path There is a use-after-free error on netpoll, which is clearly detected by KASAN. BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in _raw_spin_lock_irqsave+0x3b/0x80 Read of size 1 at addr ... by task kworker/9:1 Workqueue: events queue_process Call Trace: skb_dequeue+0x1e/0xb0 queue_process+0x2c/0x600 process_scheduled_works+0x4b6/0x850 worker_thread+0x414/0x5a0 Allocated by task 242: __netpoll_setup+0x201/0x4a0 netpoll_setup+0x249/0x550 enabled_store+0x32f/0x380 Freed by task 0: kfree+0x1b7/0x540 rcu_core+0x3f8/0x7a0 The problem happens when there is a pending TX worker running in parallel with the cleanup path. This is what happens on netpoll shutdown path: 1) __netpoll_cleanup() is called 2) set dev->npinfo to NULL 3) call_rcu() with rcu_cleanup_netpoll_info() 3.1) rcu_cleanup_netpoll_info() tries to cancel all workers with cancel_delayed_work(), but doesn't wait for the worker to finish 4) and kfree(npinfo); Because 3.1) doesn't really cancel the work, as the comment says "we can't call cancel_delayed_work_sync here, as we are in softirq", the TX worker can run after 4). Tl;DR: queue_process() is not an RCU reader, it reaches npinfo through the work item via container_of(). Use disable_delayed_work_sync() to ensure the worker is completely stopped and prevent any future re-arming attempts. Once npinfo is set to NULL, senders will bail out and not queue new work. The disable flag ensures any in-flight re-arming attempts also fail silently. In the future, we can do the cleanup inline here without needing the npinfo->rcu rcu_head, but that is net-next material.
CVE-2026-85623 1 Aaif-goose 1 Goose 2026-09-04 8.8 High
goose 1.37.0 executes arbitrary commands from recipe stdio extensions and retry.checks without security inspection. Attackers can distribute malicious recipes that execute shell commands as the user running goose, bypassing the recipe security scan which does not inspect extensions or retry configurations.
CVE-2026-85691 1 The-vibe-company 1 Megaparse 2026-09-04 7.5 High
MegaParse 0.0.55 contains an unauthenticated server-side request forgery vulnerability in the POST /v1/url endpoint that fetches caller-supplied URLs server-side. Attackers can supply internal service URLs or metadata endpoints without authentication to read their responses directly from the JSON response.
CVE-2026-19283 1 Ibm 1 Observability With Instana Agent 2026-09-04 7.7 High
IBM Observability with Instana (Agent) Build 1.0.303 through 1.0.323 IBM Instana Agent Operator could allow an authenticated remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by missing destination namespace validation when copying etcd mTLS client credentials from the openshift-etcd system namespace into an attacker-controlled namespace.
CVE-2026-85674 1 Aider-ai 1 Aider 2026-09-04 7.8 High
aider (aider-chat) automatically loads a .aider.conf.yml configuration file from the root of the git repository it is launched in. A crafted repository can set test-cmd (executed at startup) or lint-cmd (executed on the first file edit), which aider runs through a shell (subprocess with shell=True) without any user confirmation, LLM interaction, or API key. Consequently, a user who clones and runs aider inside an attacker-supplied repository achieves arbitrary command execution on their machine. The behavior is long-standing and was confirmed on 0.86.3.dev (current main).
CVE-2026-85686 1 Modelscope 1 Ms-swift 2026-09-04 7.5 High
ms-swift 4.5.2 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the swift deploy OpenAI-compatible API that fetches multimodal media URLs without validation or redirect filtering. Unauthenticated attackers can supply arbitrary image_url, audio_url, or video_url parameters to make the server issue requests to internal services and cloud metadata endpoints.
CVE-2026-85178 1 Helicone 1 Helicone 2026-09-04 7.7 High
Helicone's VaultManager.getDecryptedProviderKeyById() function in the GET /v1/vault/key/{providerKeyId} endpoint fails to validate the requester's organization against the vault key's organization identifier. Attackers with admin or owner privileges in any organization can retrieve decrypted upstream provider credentials for other tenants, including plaintext OpenAI, Anthropic, and Bedrock API keys.

CVE-2026-64394 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-04 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: add a WRITE_DAC/WRITE_OWNER check to SMB2 SET_INFO SECURITY commit cc57232cae23 ("ksmbd: fix FSCTL permission bypass by adding a permission check for FSCTL_SET_SPARSE") added a fp->daccess gate to fsctl_set_sparse and noted that "similar handle-level checks exist in other functions but are missing here." The SMB2 SET_INFO SECURITY arm is one of the missing ones, and the most security-relevant: smb2_set_info_sec() calls set_info_sec() with no per-handle access check. set_info_sec() (fs/smb/server/smbacl.c) re-permissions the file: it rewrites owner/group/mode via notify_change(), rewrites the POSIX ACL via set_posix_acl(), and on KSMBD_SHARE_FLAG_ACL_XATTR shares removes and rewrites the Windows security descriptor via ksmbd_vfs_set_sd_xattr(). Every other persistent-mutation arm of the sibling handler smb2_set_info_file() checks fp->daccess first (FILE_WRITE_DATA / FILE_DELETE / FILE_WRITE_EA / FILE_WRITE_ATTRIBUTES); the SECURITY arm — which mutates the access control itself — is the only one with no gate. A client can therefore open a handle with FILE_WRITE_ATTRIBUTES only (no FILE_WRITE_DAC / FILE_WRITE_OWNER) and use SMB2_SET_INFO with InfoType SMB2_O_INFO_SECURITY to rewrite the file's DACL and owner, granting itself access the handle's daccess never carried. Unlike the FSCTL data arms this is a metadata/xattr operation, so there is no FMODE_WRITE VFS backstop — the missing fp->daccess check is the entire gate. Setting a security descriptor is the WRITE_DAC / WRITE_OWNER operation, so require at least one of those on the handle before re-permissioning the file. -EACCES is mapped to STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED by smb2_set_info().
CVE-2026-19304 1 Ibm 1 Langflow Oss 2026-09-04 7.7 High
IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.11.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information from internal services due to a URL parser discrepancy.
CVE-2026-64406 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-04 8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: fix UAF in bt_accept_dequeue() bt_accept_get() takes a temporary reference before dropping the accept queue lock. bt_accept_dequeue() currently drops that reference before bt_accept_unlink(), leaving only the queue reference. bt_accept_unlink() drops the queue reference. The subsequent sock_hold() therefore accesses freed memory if it was the final reference, as observed by KASAN during listening L2CAP socket cleanup. Retain the temporary queue-walk reference through unlink and hand it to the caller on success. Drop it explicitly on the closed and not-yet-connected paths.
CVE-2026-85606 1 Firecrawl 1 Firecrawl-mcp-server 2026-09-04 7.5 High
firecrawl-mcp-server 3.20.2 contains an arbitrary local file read vulnerability in the firecrawl_parse tool that accepts unconstrained filePath arguments without directory containment validation. Attackers can supply absolute paths or directory traversal sequences to read sensitive files like credentials and environment variables, which are then uploaded and returned to the model context.
CVE-2026-85620 1 Crystaldba 1 Postgres-mcp 2026-09-04 8.6 High
Postgres MCP Pro 0.3.0 contains a restricted-mode bypass vulnerability where function-name validation is not applied to RangeFunction nodes in FROM clauses. Attackers can execute file-reading functions like pg_read_file through FROM-clause syntax to read arbitrary files despite restricted-mode protections.
