| CVE-2026-63190 | 1 Fearlessgeekmedia | 1 Fearlesscms | 2026-10-29 | 9.4 Critical |
| FearlessCMS is a flat-file `content` management system centered on simplicity and open source. Prior to version 0.1.4, five debug/test PHP scripts under `admin/` perform privileged operations without `isLoggedIn()` authentication checks, CSRF protection or adequate `path` validation. On PHP's built-in development server, including the default Docker deployment, `router.php` checks an unnormalized admin URI prefix while the filesystem resolves dot segments, so `/./admin/` bypasses the admin login gate and executes those scripts directly. In `admin/debug_save_flow.php`, attacker-controlled `path` and `content` reach `file_put_contents` for arbitrary `.md` writes under `content`/ or outside it through `path` traversal, enabling site defacement and stored JavaScript in public pages; `print_r($_POST)` output without `htmlspecialchars` escaping also causes reflected cross-site scripting. The `admin/debug_content.php` `path` parameter reaches `scandir()`, `file_get_contents()` and `posix_getpwuid()`, permitting arbitrary directory enumeration and `.md` file reads that expose absolute paths, ownership, permissions, hashes and `content` previews. The `admin/preview-handler.php` endpoint accepts JSON `content` and `title` and writes enumerable files under `content/_preview/`, enabling stored cross-site scripting and disk exhaustion. The `admin/testdebug.php` endpoint appends to `admin/testdebug.log` without authentication, also enabling disk exhaustion. The `admin/test_redirect.php` script exposes a test artifact but escapes its inputs and is not itself an XSS sink. Stored script execution can steal sessions and compromise administrators when they view affected `content`. Reads and writes execute with PHP's privileges; the tested deployment runs PHP as root, amplifying filesystem impact. This issue is fixed in version 0.1.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99096 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-29 | 3.3 Low |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io_uring/register: don't exempt disabled rings from task restrictions A ring created with IORING_SETUP_R_DISABLED is exempt from its register restrictions until it is enabled. This lets the creator register the restrictions and then enable the ring with IORING_REGISTER_ENABLE_RINGS, whether or not that opcode is in the allowed set. Since commit ed82f35b926b ("io_uring: allow registration of per-task restrictions"), a ring also inherits restrictions from the task that creates it, and the same exemption applies to those. A task whose register opcodes are restricted can therefore create a disabled ring, issue any register opcode on it, and then enable it. Mark rings whose restrictions were inherited from the task, and keep checking register opcodes for them while the ring is disabled. Enabling such a ring now requires IORING_REGISTER_ENABLE_RINGS to be in the task's allowed set. Per-ring restrictions registered on a disabled ring work as before. | Nokia 1830 Global Express (GX) is vulnerable to a CLI ACL Bypass vulnerability where a low-privileged authenticated attacker can bypass the SSH isolation mechanism and gain access to the underlying operating system shell via a custom SSH command. This issue occurs by default in the system and is not the result of misconfiguration. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115477 | 1 The-40-thieves | 1 Obsidian-tc | 2026-10-29 | N/A |
| obsidian-tc is a governed, agent-ready Model Context Protocol server for Obsidian vaults. From 1.13.0 until 1.31.4, on a Streamable HTTP deployment with `auth.jwtSecret` configured and a 2026-07-28-era client declaring `elicitation.form` support, a dispatch-gated tool call offered an `inputRequired` confirmation could still complete after the human declined or cancelled, or the elicitation response was omitted or malformed, provided the client echoed the validly bound `requestState` on resubmission. The server trusted an authentic, call-bound state as proof of approval even though that state was minted before the `elicitation/create` leg was asked and proved only that the resubmission belonged to the same call. A client behaving incorrectly or under an attacker's control could therefore execute dispatch-gated destructive vault operations without the human's approval, while still requiring the caller's ordinary tool permissions. Only tools marked `destructive: true` or requiring a scope with a human-in-the-loop floor were reachable through this bypass. The sixteen handler-side conditionally gated tools, including `write_note` overwrite and `move_note`, did not read elicitation state on the modern wire and let neither approval nor decline through that path. Affected deployments using stdio or leaving `auth.jwtSecret` unset instead used the CLI `elicit_token` fallback and did not offer this `requestState` round trip. The fix does not prevent a malicious client from reporting a fabricated approval, because the server cannot verify that the client displayed the form or that a human saw it. This issue is fixed in version 1.31.4. | ||||

| CVE-2026-118029 | 1 Aws | 1 Aws-sdk-pandas | 2026-10-29 | 5.9 Medium |
| Unverified ownership of the default query result location in the Athena module in AWS SDK for pandas (awswrangler) before 3.16.1 might allow remote actors to read Athena query results and tamper with result sets returned to the caller via a pre-created S3 bucket. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 3.16.1 or later. Users should also verify that the default Athena result bucket in each account and region is owned by their own account, and set an explicit result location or enforce a workgroup result configuration. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103506 | 2 Grafana, Redhat | 3 Grafana, Grafana Enterprise, Hummingbird | 2026-10-29 | 8.6 High |

This affects Grafana OSS and Enterprise 13.2 installations with the experimental kubernetesSsoSettingsApi feature toggle enabled, which is disabled by default. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114618 | 1 Authlib | 1 Authlib | 2026-10-29 | 6.8 Medium |
| Authlib is a Python library which builds OAuth and OpenID Connect servers. Prior to 1.9.0, the default RFC 7523 JWTBearerGrant.get_audiences() returns an empty list, causing JWTBearerGrant.verify_claims() to require only that an aud claim exists without matching the current authorization server. An attacker holding a legitimate assertion for another service can present it to a server that shares the signing key and uses the default grant, obtaining an access token across a trust boundary. Implementations that override get_audiences() with the server's valid audience identifiers are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 1.9.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114616 | 1 Authlib | 1 Authlib | 2026-10-29 | 7.4 High |
| Authlib is a Python library which builds OAuth and OpenID Connect servers. Prior to 1.9.1, Authlib's OctKey.import_key() and HMAC signing and verification path accept zero-length key material. If an application's secret lookup can return an empty string or empty bytes, a remote attacker can compute the deterministic HS256, HS384, or HS512 signature for arbitrary token claims and have Authlib treat the token as authentic. This issue is fixed in version 1.9.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112427 | 1 Apple | 1 Macos | 2026-10-29 | 8.1 High |
| An authentication issue was addressed with improved state management. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2. A remote attacker may be able to cause arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-42922 | 1 Frangoteam | 1 Frangoteam | 2026-10-29 | 9.8 Critical |
| A authorization bypass vulnerability exists in the /nodered functionality of FUXA (version(s): 1.3.2-2809). A specially crafted HTTP request can lead to a arbitrary code execution. An attacker can make an unauthenticated HTTP request to trigger this vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2026-42949 | 1 Frangoteam | 1 Frangoteam | 2026-10-29 | 5.6 Medium |
| A authorization bypass vulnerability exists in the /api/runscript functionality of FUXA (version(s): 1.3.2-2809). A specially crafted HTTP request can lead to execute priviledged operation. An attacker can make an unauthenticated HTTP request to trigger this vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107686 | 1 Gitea | 1 Gitea | 2026-10-29 | 4.3 Medium |
| The Gitea web handlers for adding and removing reactions on issues and comments did not refuse locked issues for users without write access, although the API did. A signed-in user who could read an issue could therefore add or remove reactions on a locked issue and its comments, bypassing the interaction restriction of the lock. Only reactions were affected; no content could be changed. | ||||
