| CVE-2023-53782 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dccp: Fix out of bounds access in DCCP error handler There was a previous attempt to fix an out-of-bounds access in the DCCP error handlers, but that fix assumed that the error handlers only want to access the first 8 bytes of the DCCP header. Actually, they also look at the DCCP sequence number, which is stored beyond 8 bytes, so an explicit pskb_may_pull() is required. | ||||
| CVE-2022-50658 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cpufreq: qcom: fix memory leak in error path If for some reason the speedbin length is incorrect, then there is a memory leak in the error path because we never free the speedbin buffer. This commit fixes the error path to always free the speedbin buffer. | ||||
| CVE-2022-50636 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 7.0 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PCI: Fix pci_device_is_present() for VFs by checking PF pci_device_is_present() previously didn't work for VFs because it reads the Vendor and Device ID, which are 0xffff for VFs, which looks like they aren't present. Check the PF instead. Wei Gong reported that if virtio I/O is in progress when the driver is unbound or "0" is written to /sys/.../sriov_numvfs, the virtio I/O operation hangs, which may result in output like this: task:bash state:D stack: 0 pid: 1773 ppid: 1241 flags:0x00004002 Call Trace: schedule+0x4f/0xc0 blk_mq_freeze_queue_wait+0x69/0xa0 blk_mq_freeze_queue+0x1b/0x20 blk_cleanup_queue+0x3d/0xd0 virtblk_remove+0x3c/0xb0 [virtio_blk] virtio_dev_remove+0x4b/0x80 ... device_unregister+0x1b/0x60 unregister_virtio_device+0x18/0x30 virtio_pci_remove+0x41/0x80 pci_device_remove+0x3e/0xb0 This happened because pci_device_is_present(VF) returned "false" in virtio_pci_remove(), so it called virtio_break_device(). The broken vq meant that vring_interrupt() skipped the vq.callback() that would have completed the virtio I/O operation via virtblk_done(). [bhelgaas: commit log, simplify to always use pci_physfn(), add stable tag] | ||||

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io-wq: Fix memory leak in worker creation If the CPU mask allocation for a node fails, then the memory allocated for the 'io_wqe' struct of the current node doesn't get freed on the error handling path, since it has not yet been added to the 'wqes' array. | CVE-2022-50640 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 7.0 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mmc: core: Fix kernel panic when remove non-standard SDIO card SDIO tuple is only allocated for standard SDIO card, especially it causes memory corruption issues when the non-standard SDIO card has removed, which is because the card device's reference counter does not increase for it at sdio_init_func(), but all SDIO card device reference counter gets decreased at sdio_release_func(). | ||||

| CVE-2022-50641 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: HSI: omap_ssi: Fix refcount leak in ssi_probe When returning or breaking early from a for_each_available_child_of_node() loop, we need to explicitly call of_node_put() on the child node to possibly release the node. | ||||
| CVE-2022-50677 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 7 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipmi: fix use after free in _ipmi_destroy_user() The intf_free() function frees the "intf" pointer so we cannot dereference it again on the next line. | ||||
| CVE-2022-50642 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 7.0 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/chrome: cros_ec_typec: zero out stale pointers `cros_typec_get_switch_handles` allocates four pointers when obtaining type-c switch handles. These pointers are all freed if failing to obtain any of them; therefore, pointers in `port` become stale. The stale pointers eventually cause use-after-free or double free in later code paths. Zeroing out all pointer fields after freeing to eliminate these stale pointers. | ||||
| CVE-2023-45896 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 7.1 High |
| ntfs3 in the Linux kernel through 6.8.0 allows a physically proximate attacker to read kernel memory by mounting a filesystem (e.g., if a Linux distribution is configured to allow unprivileged mounts of removable media) and then leveraging local access to trigger an out-of-bounds read. A length value can be larger than the amount of memory allocated. NOTE: the supplier's perspective is that there is no vulnerability when an attack requires an attacker-modified filesystem image. | ||||

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mmc: atmel-mci: fix return value check of mmc_add_host() mmc_add_host() may return error, if we ignore its return value, it will lead two issues: 1. The memory that allocated in mmc_alloc_host() is leaked. 2. In the remove() path, mmc_remove_host() will be called to delete device, but it's not added yet, it will lead a kernel crash because of null-ptr-deref in device_del(). So fix this by checking the return value and calling mmc_free_host() in the error path. | ||||

| CVE-2022-50675 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: mte: Avoid setting PG_mte_tagged if no tags cleared or restored Prior to commit 69e3b846d8a7 ("arm64: mte: Sync tags for pages where PTE is untagged"), mte_sync_tags() was only called for pte_tagged() entries (those mapped with PROT_MTE). Therefore mte_sync_tags() could safely use test_and_set_bit(PG_mte_tagged, &page->flags) without inadvertently setting PG_mte_tagged on an untagged page. The above commit was required as guests may enable MTE without any control at the stage 2 mapping, nor a PROT_MTE mapping in the VMM. However, the side-effect was that any page with a PTE that looked like swap (or migration) was getting PG_mte_tagged set automatically. A subsequent page copy (e.g. migration) copied the tags to the destination page even if the tags were owned by KASAN. This issue was masked by the page_kasan_tag_reset() call introduced in commit e5b8d9218951 ("arm64: mte: reset the page tag in page->flags"). When this commit was reverted (20794545c146), KASAN started reporting access faults because the overriding tags in a page did not match the original page->flags (with CONFIG_KASAN_HW_TAGS=y): BUG: KASAN: invalid-access in copy_page+0x10/0xd0 arch/arm64/lib/copy_page.S:26 Read at addr f5ff000017f2e000 by task syz-executor.1/2218 Pointer tag: [f5], memory tag: [f2] Move the PG_mte_tagged bit setting from mte_sync_tags() to the actual place where tags are cleared (mte_sync_page_tags()) or restored (mte_restore_tags()). | ||||

From another side, mm->context.vdso_info either points to vdso info for RV64 or vdso info for compat, there's no need to bloat riscv's mm_context_t, we can handle the difference when setup the additional page for vdso. | ||||

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mmc: omap_hsmmc: fix return value check of mmc_add_host() mmc_add_host() may return error, if we ignore its return value, it will lead two issues: 1. The memory that allocated in mmc_alloc_host() is leaked. 2. In the remove() path, mmc_remove_host() will be called to delete device, but it's not added yet, it will lead a kernel crash because of null-ptr-deref in device_del(). Fix this by checking the return value and goto error path wihch will call mmc_free_host(). | ||||
