The blk_queue_enter() from blkg_conf_prep() is used to protect against policy deactivation, which is already protected with blkcg_mutex, hence convert blk_queue_enter() to blkcg_mutex to fix this problem. Meanwhile, consider that blkcg_mutex is held after queue is freezed from policy deactivation, also convert blkg_alloc() to use GFP_NOIO. | ||||
| CVE-2023-53744 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: soc: ti: pm33xx: Fix refcount leak in am33xx_pm_probe wkup_m3_ipc_get() takes refcount, which should be freed by wkup_m3_ipc_put(). Add missing refcount release in the error paths. | ||||
| CVE-2023-53767 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath12k: fix memory leak in ath12k_qmi_driver_event_work() Currently the buffer pointed by event is not freed in case ATH12K_FLAG_UNREGISTERING bit is set, this causes memory leak. Add a goto skip instead of return, to ensure event and all the list entries are freed properly. Tested-on: QCN9274 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.WBE.1.0.1-00029-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1 | ||||
| CVE-2023-53746 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390/vfio-ap: fix memory leak in vfio_ap device driver The device release callback function invoked to release the matrix device uses the dev_get_drvdata(device *dev) function to retrieve the pointer to the vfio_matrix_dev object in order to free its storage. The problem is, this object is not stored as drvdata with the device; since the kfree function will accept a NULL pointer, the memory for the vfio_matrix_dev object is never freed. Since the device being released is contained within the vfio_matrix_dev object, the container_of macro will be used to retrieve its pointer. | ||||
| CVE-2023-53745 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: um: vector: Fix memory leak in vector_config If the return value of the uml_parse_vector_ifspec function is NULL, we should call kfree(params) to prevent memory leak. | ||||
| CVE-2025-40160 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 7.0 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xen/events: Return -EEXIST for bound VIRQs Change find_virq() to return -EEXIST when a VIRQ is bound to a different CPU than the one passed in. With that, remove the BUG_ON() from bind_virq_to_irq() to propogate the error upwards. Some VIRQs are per-cpu, but others are per-domain or global. Those must be bound to CPU0 and can then migrate elsewhere. The lookup for per-domain and global will probably fail when migrated off CPU 0, especially when the current CPU is tracked. This now returns -EEXIST instead of BUG_ON(). A second call to bind a per-domain or global VIRQ is not expected, but make it non-fatal to avoid trying to look up the irq, since we don't know which per_cpu(virq_to_irq) it will be in. | ||||
| CVE-2025-7647 | 2 Linux, Run-llama | 2 Linux, Llama Index | 2026-04-15 | N/A |
| The llama-index-core package, up to version 0.12.44, contains a vulnerability in the `get_cache_dir()` function where a predictable, hardcoded directory path `/tmp/llama_index` is used on Linux systems without proper security controls. This vulnerability allows attackers on multi-user systems to steal proprietary models, poison cached embeddings, or conduct symlink attacks. The issue affects all Linux deployments where multiple users share the same system. The vulnerability is classified under CWE-379, CWE-377, and CWE-367, indicating insecure temporary file creation and potential race conditions. | ||||
| CVE-2025-12779 | 2 Amazon, Linux | 2 Workspaces, Linux | 2026-04-15 | 8.8 High |
| Improper handling of the authentication token in the Amazon WorkSpaces client for Linux, versions 2023.0 through 2024.8, may expose the authentication token for DCV-based WorkSpaces to other local users on the same client machine. Under certain circumstances, a local user may be able to extract another local user's authentication token from the shared client machine and access their WorkSpace. To mitigate this issue, users should upgrade to the Amazon WorkSpaces client for Linux version 2025.0 or later. | ||||
| CVE-2023-53754 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: lpfc: Fix ioremap issues in lpfc_sli4_pci_mem_setup() When if_type equals zero and pci_resource_start(pdev, PCI_64BIT_BAR4) returns false, drbl_regs_memmap_p is not remapped. This passes a NULL pointer to iounmap(), which can trigger a WARN() on certain arches. When if_type equals six and pci_resource_start(pdev, PCI_64BIT_BAR4) returns true, drbl_regs_memmap_p may has been remapped and ctrl_regs_memmap_p is not remapped. This is a resource leak and passes a NULL pointer to iounmap(). To fix these issues, we need to add null checks before iounmap(), and change some goto labels. | ||||
| CVE-2023-53755 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 7.0 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dmaengine: ptdma: check for null desc before calling pt_cmd_callback Resolves a panic that can occur on AMD systems, typically during host shutdown, after the PTDMA driver had been exercised. The issue was the pt_issue_pending() function is mistakenly assuming that there will be at least one descriptor in the Submitted queue when the function is called. However, it is possible that both the Submitted and Issued queues could be empty, which could result in pt_cmd_callback() being mistakenly called with a NULL pointer. Ref: Bugzilla Bug 216856. | ||||
| CVE-2023-53757 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: irqchip/irq-mvebu-gicp: Fix refcount leak in mvebu_gicp_probe of_irq_find_parent() returns a node pointer with refcount incremented, We should use of_node_put() on it when not needed anymore. Add missing of_node_put() to avoid refcount leak. | ||||
| CVE-2023-53758 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: spi: atmel-quadspi: Free resources even if runtime resume failed in .remove() An early error exit in atmel_qspi_remove() doesn't prevent the device unbind. So this results in an spi controller with an unbound parent and unmapped register space (because devm_ioremap_resource() is undone). So using the remaining spi controller probably results in an oops. Instead unregister the controller unconditionally and only skip hardware access and clk disable. Also add a warning about resume failing and return zero unconditionally. The latter has the only effect to suppress a less helpful error message by the spi core. | ||||
| CVE-2025-68228 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/plane: Fix create_in_format_blob() return value create_in_format_blob() is either supposed to return a valid pointer or an error, but never NULL. The caller will dereference the blob when it is not an error, and thus will oops if NULL returned. Return proper error values in the failure cases. | ||||
| CVE-2025-64984 | 3 Apple, Kaspersky, Linux | 5 Macos, Endpoint Security, Industrial Cybersecurity and 2 more | 2026-04-15 | 6.1 Medium |
| Kaspersky has fixed a security issue in Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux (any version with anti-virus databases prior to 18.11.2025), Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Linux Nodes (any version with anti-virus databases prior to 18.11.2025), and Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Mac (12.0.0.325, 12.1.0.553, and 12.2.0.694 with anti-virus databases prior to 18.11.2025) that could have allowed a reflected XSS attack to be carried out by an attacker using phishing techniques. | ||||
| CVE-2025-7007 | 3 Apple, Avast, Linux | 3 Macos, Antivirus, Linux | 2026-04-15 | 7.5 High |
| NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability in Avast Antivirus on MacOS, Avast Anitvirus on Linux when scanning a malformed Windows PE file causes the antivirus process to crash. This issue affects Antivirus: 16.0.0; Anitvirus: 3.0.3. | ||||
| CVE-2025-40293 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 7.0 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommufd: Don't overflow during division for dirty tracking If pgshift is 63 then BITS_PER_TYPE(*bitmap->bitmap) * pgsize will overflow to 0 and this triggers divide by 0. In this case the index should just be 0, so reorganize things to divide by shift and avoid hitting any overflows. | ||||
| CVE-2025-40106 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: comedi: fix divide-by-zero in comedi_buf_munge() The comedi_buf_munge() function performs a modulo operation `async->munge_chan %= async->cmd.chanlist_len` without first checking if chanlist_len is zero. If a user program submits a command with chanlist_len set to zero, this causes a divide-by-zero error when the device processes data in the interrupt handler path. Add a check for zero chanlist_len at the beginning of the function, similar to the existing checks for !map and CMDF_RAWDATA flag. When chanlist_len is zero, update munge_count and return early, indicating the data was handled without munging. This prevents potential kernel panics from malformed user commands. | ||||
| CVE-2025-23282 | 2 Linux, Nvidia | 3 Linux, Display Driver, Driver | 2026-04-15 | 7 High |
| NVIDIA Display Driver for Linux contains a vulnerability where an attacker might be able to use a race condition to escalate privileges. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, escalation of privileges, data tampering, denial of service, and information disclosure. | ||||
| CVE-2025-68249 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: most: usb: hdm_probe: Fix calling put_device() before device initialization The early error path in hdm_probe() can jump to err_free_mdev before &mdev->dev has been initialized with device_initialize(). Calling put_device(&mdev->dev) there triggers a device core WARN and ends up invoking kref_put(&kobj->kref, kobject_release) on an uninitialized kobject. In this path the private struct was only kmalloc'ed and the intended release is effectively kfree(mdev) anyway, so free it directly instead of calling put_device() on an uninitialized device. This removes the WARNING and fixes the pre-initialization error path. | ||||
| CVE-2025-23280 | 2 Linux, Nvidia | 2 Linux, Display Driver | 2026-04-15 | 7 High |
| NVIDIA Display Driver for Linux contains a vulnerability where an attacker could cause a use-after-free. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, escalation of privileges, data tampering, denial of service, and information disclosure. | ||||
